Pricing

Pay as you go, one page at a time. No subscription, no free tier that runs out, no surprises.

Parents

KES 10 a page

  • Any grade, English or Kiswahili, every page checked twice.
  • A two-page essay is KES 20; a one-page challenge entry is KES 10.
  • One wallet pays for all your children; co-parents share it.

Teachers

Free

  • Mark your whole class's essays, with no page cap.
  • Assignments, holiday packs, class-wide mistakes and review.
  • Parents see a free glimpse of each result and pay KES 10 a page only if they unlock the full feedback.

Schools

Free to join

  • Register with your KNEC code and start on a trial straight away.
  • Optionally, pay for your pupils' pages from a school wallet, by invoice, so parents see results already unlocked.
  • Private termly insights for the school's admins are coming.

Topping up

Top up your wallet by M-Pesa (paybill 4115491) or card. The smallest top-up is KES 10; most families choose one of these:

KES 100 · 10 pages KES 200 · 20 pages KES 500 · 50 pages

  • Charged only when marking works

The cost is held when marking starts and charged when it succeeds. An unreadable photo, a failed run or a page that isn't handwriting costs nothing.

  • Credit lasts 12 months

From your last top-up, with an SMS reminder a month before it runs out.
